Move-out cleaning
In the middle of a move, cleaning is the last thing there's time for. We clean the empty home ready to hand over, so you can concentrate on moving.
€55/h, a one-bedroom typically 5–7 hours. Qualifies for the household deduction.
What a move-out clean covers
Kitchen
Cupboards and drawers inside and out, oven and trays, hob and cooker hood, inside the fridge and freezer, sink, splashback.
Bathroom and sauna
Toilet, basin, shower, tiles, floor drain, inside the mirror cabinet, sauna benches and floor.
Rooms
Inside the wardrobes, window sills, doors and frames, skirting boards, radiators, switches and sockets.
Floors
Vacuumed and washed everywhere, the hall and walk-in wardrobe included.
Typical length
The price is the one-off hourly rate, €55/h. The actual time depends on the condition of the home; we agree the length before the visit and never go over it without asking.

Before the clean
The home empty
A move-out clean is done in an empty home. If things are left behind, we clean around them.
Power and water on
We need electricity, hot water and lighting.
Freezer defrosted
Defrost the freezer the day before so it can be cleaned.
If the inspection finds something
Tell us within three days of the clean if the landlord or inspector points out something that was part of the clean. We come back and fix it free of charge.

Tell us the date, the address and the size of the home. We confirm the time and the estimated length within one working day.
