How long should a visit be?

A longer visit costs less per hour, because the travel is spread over more work.

How it works
Tell us your home's size and how often
Weekly, every two weeks or once a month. We suggest a length — you can change it.
Pick a time
Choose an arrival window when you book, for example 8–12. Your cleaner arrives within it, and we remind you the evening before.
The same cleaner comes as agreed
After every visit you get a report with photos and a receipt with the labour share itemised for the household deduction.
Trust is the whole service
Keys kept safe
We keep keys in a locked, camera-monitored cabinet, and every use is logged. Your key never carries your address.
Insured work
We carry liability insurance. If something happens, tell us — we handle the claim.
Our own kit and products
We bring our own equipment and cleaning products, Dyson vacuums included. You don't need to own anything or clear cupboard space.
Common questions
Do I need to be at home?
No. Most customers give us a key; we keep keys in a locked, camera-monitored cabinet, and every use is logged.
How do I know the cleaning was done?
After the visit you get a report with photos, the work done and the time taken.
What if the cleaner is ill?
We contact you as soon as we know, and offer a replacement or a new time.
Can I change the length or frequency?
We change the length or frequency for you — just tell us. You can move or cancel a single visit yourself from your own page, and pause the agreement.
Is there a notice period?
No. You can end or pause the agreement at any time. A single visit can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before. Cancellation terms
