Booking and visits
Do I need to be at home?
No. Most customers give us a key; we keep keys in a locked, camera-monitored cabinet, and every use is logged.
How do I know the cleaning was done?
After the visit you get a report with photos, the work done and the time taken.
What if the cleaner is ill?
We contact you as soon as we know, and offer a replacement or a new time.
Can I change the length or frequency?
We change the length or frequency for you — just tell us. You can move or cancel a single visit yourself from your own page, and pause the agreement.
What is my own page, and how do I get to it?
Your own page shows upcoming and past visits, reports and receipts. There you can add extras, move or cancel a visit, leave your cleaner a note, ask for another cleaner, rate a visit and pause the agreement. The link is in your booking confirmation and in every message from us; no password is needed. If you've lost it, write to us.
What time do you come?
You choose an arrival window when you book, for example 8–12 or 12–16. Your cleaner arrives within it, and we remind you the evening before. We can't promise an exact time yet.
Do I need to buy equipment or cleaning products?
No. We bring our own equipment and cleaning products, Dyson vacuums included.
What if I have pets?
No problem. Tell us about them beforehand, so the cleaner is prepared.
Is window cleaning included?
Not in a normal visit, but you can add it as an extra. Extras
Where do you clean?
Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kerava, Kauniainen, Järvenpää and Jyväskylä. See the areas
Price, payment and the household deduction
How much does cleaning cost?
Regular cleaning costs €47/h on a two-hour visit and €42/h on a visit of six hours or more. A one-off clean is €55/h. Prices include VAT. Calculate your price
Is there a travel charge or start-up fee?
Neither. You pay only for the length of the visit and any extras.
How do I pay?
You save a payment card when you book, and we charge it only after the visit. Businesses pay by invoice.
Do I get the household deduction?
Cleaning work qualifies: 35% of the labour share, with a €150 annual excess, up to €1,600 per person. The receipt itemises the labour share. Read more
Does the deduction cover extras and supplies?
Work done in your home, such as cleaning the oven or the windows, qualifies. Supplies are goods, not work, so they don't qualify and appear on the receipt as a separate line.
Cancelling, pausing and feedback
Can I cancel the agreement?
Yes, any time — no notice period, no fee. You can also pause it.
A single visit is different: free to cancel or move up to 48 hours before, 50% after that, and 100% less than 24 hours before.
Can I pause, for example over a holiday?
Yes. Pause the agreement from your own page and choose the date to resume.
What if I'm not happy?
Rate the visit on your own page or write to us within three days. We come back and put it right free of charge, or refund it.
What if something gets broken?
Tell us straight away. We carry liability insurance and see the matter through. Terms of service
What if the cleaner can't get in?
The cleaner calls you and waits a while. If they can't get in for a reason outside our control, the visit is charged like one cancelled less than 24 hours before.
