How we get started
Tell us about your premises
Floor area, the frequency you want and the timing are enough to begin.
An estimate and a visit
We send an estimate of the time needed. If useful, we visit the premises free of charge.
The first visit
The agreed team starts, and the reports and invoices come to one place.
Questions from businesses
Do we need to be there?
No. We agree on keys or access, and the cleaning can happen while the office is empty.
Can we end the agreement?
Yes. Unless the quote says otherwise, the agreement can be ended with no notice period.
Do you bring the equipment and products?
Yes, equipment and cleaning products come with us. Toilet paper, hand towels and soap we can supply, invoiced separately as supplies.
How does invoicing work?
We invoice once a month for the visits done. Payment terms are 14 days net. E-invoicing by arrangement.
